SIZING

Do your sizes run true?

Yes. Our kit is cut for people who run, not people who pose. If you’re between sizes, size up — nobody has ever regretted room to breathe at mile four.

What if I get it wrong?

You have 30 days to swap it. Unworn, unwashed, tags on. Ordering a 2XL in a fit of optimism is a rite of passage, not a mistake.

SHIPPING

How fast is delivery?

Every order is picked, packed and out the door the same day. Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£4) lands 2–3 working days later. Tracked 24 (£5) for when the suffering can’t wait.

When is shipping free?

Order any two items and UK shipping is free. The Full Kit counts all on its own. Draw your own conclusions.

Do you ship internationally?

United States, Canada, the EU and Australia. Duties and taxes are already in the price you see — no customs ransom notes. Postage shows at checkout before you pay.

RETURNS

What’s the returns policy?

30 days. No drama. Didn’t fit, changed your mind, whatever — send it back unworn with tags on and we’ll refund or swap it. Email help@ordinary-store.com and a human will sort it.

THE KIT ITSELF

Will it survive the washing machine?

Yes. Wash cold, hang dry, and everything keeps its shape. The socks have survived tumble dryers they were never meant to see. We don’t recommend it. They didn’t care.

Will it make me faster?

No. Nothing will. It will make you look and feel properly kitted while you run exactly the same pace as last week — which is the entire point of this club.

What’s in the Full Kit?

Tee, shorts, socks, cap. The whole uniform, £23 a piece, one order, done. 21 of our first 54 orders were the full kit — our members are not subtle.
