UK SHIPPING
Home turf. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Standard — Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.00. Arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch. Fully tracked, so you can watch it not hurry.
- Express — Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.00. Arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch. For when the suffering can't wait.
- FREE UK shipping on orders over £75. The Full Kit qualifies on its own. Draw your own conclusions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We said we knew our limits. We were wrong. The club now ships to the United States, Canada, the European Union and Australia.
- Carriers: Tracked express couriers (FedEx / DHL). Rates are calculated at checkout based on where you are. Typical delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Duties & import taxes: already included. The price you see is the price you pay. No customs ransom notes, no surprise fees at the door. Suffering should be voluntary.
- FREE international shipping on orders over the local equivalent of £90 — roughly $120 USD / €105 / $165 CAD / $175 AUD. The exact figure shows at checkout.
TRACKING
Every order is tracked, domestic or international. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your kit is on the move. If the tracking says it's out for delivery, it's out for delivery. We can't make the van go faster. We've asked. In two countries now.
THE FINE PRINT
Delivery estimates are working days and start from dispatch, not from the moment you clicked the button. If your order hasn't turned up within 10 working days (UK) or 15 working days (international), contact us via the contact page and we'll chase it down — the one kind of chasing we're actually good at.
