Didn't fit? Changed your mind? Ordered a 2XL in a fit of optimism? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item — unworn, unwashed, tags on, in its original state. We celebrate the struggle, not struggle-stained shorts.
HOW IT WORKS (UK & INTERNATIONAL)
- Log in to your account via the sign-in link in the site header (use the email you ordered with). Works wherever you are — Manchester or Minneapolis.
- Open your order and hit Request return. That's it. No forms printed in triplicate.
- Once approved, post it back to us in the UK — return postage is on you (use a tracked service; if it vanishes untracked, that's between you and the postal gods of your respective nation).
- Refunds go to your original payment method once your return arrives and passes the sniff test. Literally. You'll be refunded the amount you paid for the returned items.
THE FINE PRINT
Items must be unworn and unwashed. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return. International customers: return shipping to the UK and any costs of returning goods across a border are your responsibility, so choose your sizes wisely — the size guide is right there on every product page.
