Four mates, two London Marathon places, zero sponsorships, and one very expensive shopping trip.
EXHIBIT A // THE FOUR OF US
Two of our co-founders got places in the London Marathon. The other two, in a moment of solidarity we now question, decided we would all train together — four ordinary runners suddenly logging very ordinary miles, on purpose, in the rain.
Then we went shopping for kit, and discovered every running brand was apparently built for someone else: ultra athletes, world-championship hopefuls, people with lactate thresholds and sponsorship deals. The prices assumed you had the sponsorship deal too — serious money for tees engineered around podiums we were never going to trouble.
So we did the obvious, slightly reckless thing: we built the product we actually wanted. A running brand for the everyday runner — someone who loves running, loves the suffering, and refuses to pay silly money for kit that was never made for them in the first place.
That is the whole story. No lab. No elite athlete panel. Just four mates, a training plan, and kit that finally fits the way most of us actually run: imperfectly, repeatedly, and with a café at the end.
You're not here to win. You're here to finish. Or not. We don't judge. Okay, we judge a little. But we still respect you for showing up.
Our kit is excellent. It won't make you faster. Nothing will make you faster except actually training. And let's be honest, you're not going to do that.
Every runner with a sub-8 mile time has our respect. But so does every runner with a 12-minute mile. Actually, especially them. They're out there longer.
There's no qualifying time. No membership fee. No fitness test. If you run and it hurts, welcome to the club. That's it. That's the whole criteria.

That's more endurance than most people show all week. Reward yourself with kit you'll suffer beautifully in.
